Piercing ages are different: 13 or older for ears, 16 or older for nose, and 18 or older for any other piercing. See the piercing page for the ID rules for minors.

Due to high appointment demand, all appointments require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment. The amount will be deducted from the final cost.

As a business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. Deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your tattoo appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, there will be a fee of 50% of their deposit. For example: a client pays a $50 deposit, the fee will be $25.

Deposit will be forfeited due to a cancellation, two (2) reschedule requests, no-show, cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment. Deposit will not be credited toward a future appointment. To book a new appointment, the client will be required to pay a new deposit in accordance with ATLANTA INK®'s current deposit policy.

Clients who do not call or reschedule their appointment with the 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. In order to reschedule after a no-show/call you will be responsible for booking another appointment.

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or under the influence. Clients who choose to change their project idea after we have received their initial deposit are subject to being refused. ATLANTA INK® in this case will keep your deposit.

Courtesy touch ups are at the artist's discretion. Necessary touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 3 months of the tattoo and by the original artist who did the tattoo. Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed. Touch ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are not free and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo. Changes to the original agreed upon tattoo are not considered a touch up and will be charged as a new tattoo, also. A tattoo on a hand, foot, finger, sole or lip will probably need multiple touch ups and may be charged as a new tattoo each time.

Any revisions that stay within the idea discussed at the consultation can be made on the day of your appointment. If you change your idea, placement, concept, etc. and major or excessive revisions are required, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit may be required.

NO REFUNDS for any reason. In the unlikely event of a mistake it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free. There is always something we can do. Please contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to find the best & quickest solution.

We do not accept cash. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle and Apple Pay for your appointment payments.
