Program terms

The rules of the ATLANTA INK® Ambassador Program in brief, from the ATLANTA INK® Ambassador Handbook, Founding Class 2026. Selected Ambassadors receive the full handbook and the Ambassador agreement, which control if anything here differs.

Benefits

  • 20% off qualifying personal tattoos while Active.
  • 15% off qualifying Jewel Gallery purchases.
  • Priority RSVP or VIP consideration for ATLANTA INK®-controlled events, early access to flash drops and previews, and Content Day eligibility.
  • Benefits are for Active Ambassadors and may pause or end if status changes. Personal discounts generally can't be combined with other promotions unless approved, and artist minimums, service restrictions and studio policies still apply.
  • Outside venues and partners may set their own capacity, age, ticketing or admission rules.

Referrals and earnings

  • Followers who book with your code get 50% off the required deposit. On a $100 regular deposit they pay $50.
  • You earn 10% of the regular deposit when the referred appointment is completed ($10 on $100).
  • If the client forfeits the deposit through a late cancellation (within 48 hours) or a no-show, you earn 50% of the normal commission ($5).
  • New and returning clients both qualify. The code on the original qualifying booking decides who receives credit; codes are not normally added after a booking.
  • You can't earn commission on your own appointments. Fake bookings, referral manipulation, chargebacks and fraudulent transactions never qualify.
  • Commissions are reconciled monthly and paid on the 15th of the following month, or on the business day before if the 15th falls on a weekend or recognized holiday. There is no guaranteed income.

Content and profile

  • Share ATLANTA INK® content at least 3 times a week and create at least 4 original pieces a month.
  • Take part in at least one event, activation, Content Day or Ambassador opportunity a month when reasonably available.
  • While Active, show "ATLANTA INK® Ambassador" and your code in your primary social bio, and keep your personal referral link visible. Remove them if your status ends.
  • Tag @Atlanta.Ink, and disclose the relationship clearly: "ATLANTA INK® Ambassador", #ad or #sponsored, on the Story or in the video itself.
  • Only promote current, approved prices and offers. If you're unsure, ask before posting.

Conduct and confidentiality

  • Don't promise free tattoos, refunds, upgrades, priority appointments or special pricing, and don't present yourself as an employee, manager or official spokesperson.
  • Don't share private previews, unreleased flash or confidential campaign details before approval.
  • No harassment, threats, abusive behavior or misuse of discounts, codes, guest lists or the Ambassador identity. Serious misconduct can mean immediate removal.
  • Suspected fraud may lead to commissions being withheld while it is reviewed, and may be reported to the appropriate institution, platform or authority.
  • Ambassador status does not create an employment relationship or authority to make promises on behalf of ATLANTA INK®.

Status and review

Status is reviewed about every 90 days: content, referrals, events, communication, reliability and professionalism.

Active
Meeting expectations and eligible for full program benefits.
Probation
Typically a 30-day opportunity to improve. Some premium benefits may be paused.
Inactive
Not actively participating. Discounts, new commissions, Content Day access and VIP benefits may be paused or ended.
Removed
Program access ends. Serious misconduct, fraud or abuse can mean immediate removal.
